My Week(335) in iPhone Photos

Tuesday, April 18th, 2017

I had absolutely no idea I was three weeks behind until I tried to find photos from last week. I guess that means spring is making time go by faster, which is good, because this winter was approximately 746 months long.

Sunday:

I bought GIANT yarn because it would be fast, but I still haven’t finished

Gnocci with garlic bread from one of the boxes

Last minute book report finishing

 Monday:

Happy baby

Me: Evan, are you ok with Linc sleeping on you? Evan: Thumbs up.

Hurricane Lincoln

Tuesday:

Letting the toddler get his own food so I can watch Jill’s Tuesday playdate

Sweetheart

Too cool for my filters

Wednesday:

Doing homework in the sunbeams

Evan was not interested in me today

Thursday:

He was so excited to be “uppa”

Mid-afternoon toddler crash

Tired boy

In case she forgets her name

Saturday:

Chubby baby arms

These tiny beads are a pain but they keep the kids super busy

SEIZE THE DAY

I think I lost a week because of spring break. It was a black hole of time, between my parents visiting and E’s work schedule changing and having all four kids to watch full time. It has made it very clear that my goal for the summer should be to make sure at least one kid is signed up for an activity every week. So far we have two Seaport camps, town day camp and VBS. Maybe I should look into farm camp for my horse and chicken obsessed daughter.

My husband does this thing where he sits right next to me on the couch and checks my blog. I often point out to him if he hasn’t SEEN me blogging it probably didn’t happen, because my hands are pretty full during the day. He still checks it. I mean, at least it’s nice to have a loyal reader even though I suck at updating?

Sunday:

Little boy in a big bed

Obviously very good at Sundays

Decorating their new marble jars

Monday:

There are at least 2 dozen people who had my old password saved in their phones, so this will make the new router easier for everyone

CL A M and G I F T

He is a fan of baby yogurt

Tuesday:

Toddlersplaining granola bars to me

Unsure about selfies

I call these my unicorn shoes

Wednesday:

He’s so big now

This was his 2016 computer project

I ate these too fast. I need more.

Thursday:

Cute, but such a mess

WHO WANTS TO WATCH MOANA AGAIN?

These two <3 <3

Friday:

OH HAI

Couch naps

The sunset was really pretty but I was too tired to go outside to take a picture

Saturday:

Sleeping in a closet

Superheroes vs Jedi

It felt like spring today, but the rest of the week is going back to miserable and cold. At this point, even my mega-dose of Vitamin D every day isn’t going to be able to keep me from becoming despondent. I NEED SUNSHINE AND WARMTH. I am a lizard who is going to die if I can’t warm my body naturally. Or at least I feel like one, because our heat has made the air in the house so dry my face is starting to peel off.

My Week(328) in iPhone Photos

Friday, February 17th, 2017

If the goal of the current administration is to make me feel like I’m living in The Upsidedown to the point where I can’t even watch the news anymore, GOOD JOB! Here’s last week, when I was only like, 75% burnt out on everything.

Sunday:

Home Depot trip

Super Bowl party food – made NONE of this

Finn making friends

Monday:

This McD’s is determined not to close, despite the fact that it’s torn apart

Crashed

New wall color in the kids’ room

Tuesday:

Testing out the reading corner

Donut time

She already knows these

Wednesday:

Linc stole my phone and took more pictures

These shoes are on kid #3!

A tiny bear helping me pick paint colors

Thursday:

I’m doing Weight Watchers again. Salad and tuna is my life.

Eyelashes

We got a little snow

Friday:

Sledding day

Too much snow to swing lolololol

It’s a tradition

Saturday:

Breakfast outfit

Snow cream for lunch

Two thumbs up for German Chocolate Cake

Today I cleaned out both dressers in the master bedroom and threw away all my underwear that didn’t fit or wasn’t comfortable. I have like 4 pairs left, but the fact that some of it was from HIGH SCHOOL means it definitely needed to be done. I still have a lot of work in the guest room, Linc’s room and the kid room to do, but at least now I’ve done something for my own benefit. If I keep being this stressed out the house should be totally clean before school gets out.

Three more days until Christmas and it’s currently 60 degrees outside. We might go to Boston on Christmas Eve because it will be warm enough not to bring coats for walking around. I’m still not complaining, because I am sure we’ll be burried in snow before spring.

The rest of my plans for this week include making fudge and cookies and letting the kids eat as many sweets as they want because Christmas. I love Christmas.
