My Week(164) in iPhone Photos
I didn’t want to jinx it before now, my it looks like E is really truly on vacation. The kids are ALMOST getting used to having him around, although every time they wake up and he’s still here they freak out again.

We’re watching The Walking Dead from the beginning (we’d only seen the first couple of episodes) so I’m not really sleeping. I CANNOT HANDLE ZOMBIES and yet I can’t stop watching this show. If E wasn’t home there is no way I could handle it, so we have to get through all of it before he goes back to working insane hours. I’m just so happy it looks like he’ll be home for Christmas.

I love Walking Dead even though I too hate all the gore :).
Snow karate in his p.j.s! Love it!
The princess is very good at crown cookie decorating!
Walking Dead? So much nope. I’m sure the mister would totally dig it but I am such a weenie when it comes to scary shows and movies.
You might like the book “World War Z,” if you haven’t read it. The movie is pretty bad, though, for a lot of different reasons.
I’m jealous that you’re able to bring in baked goods to school. Our school has a strict store bought only policy, which I understand (there’s some SERIOUS allergies in his classroom) but as someone who keeps flour, sugar, butter, etc ON HAND I can bust out home made cookies in whatever shape, or cupcakes, or what have you easily. Since I don’t have a car, going out to PURCHASE baked treats as a bigger task. We’ve tentatively planned to bring in donuts for Niko’s birthday as a result. Store bought, but less messy/easier to serve than cupcakes.
