Wordless Wednesday: Downtown Fun Edition
(This is our city hall building just down the street from my house. It’s really cute and the little open space in front of it is almost entirely unused except for the town Christmas tree in December.)

Not sure if you’ve ever been there but not too far away is the Heritage Falls, which is really pretty. There’s not much for small people to do but it’s a fun, scenic place for a picnic.
I live even closer to The Falls than I do to town hall :) We always walk down where there’s been a lot of rain to see them rushing. Or when something exciting happens, like the time some teenagers pushed an (empty) car over. True story.
These are adorable!!! Especially that last one of Evan peeking out from behind the pot.
These are so cute! They make such great faces.
Okay, I got distracted by the sparkly shoes. I want some!
I got them on clearance at Target (of course!) and they actually HAD a grown-up pair of pink sparkle Converse…but they were a size too small for me!
Those shoes are adorable!
Can I just say that I really like Evan’s shoes? Where are they from? I have trouble finding Knox shoes that don’t have cars on them or obnoxious bright colors. I love kid shoes that look like big shoes but still have to be comfy.
And I think my fave pic is the one of the two of them facing each other like they are whispering secrets. Your kiddos are so cute!!
The brand is called Unlisted, but I bought them at Nordstrom Rack in Virginia. I have a terrible time finding him shoes that aren’t super ugly or super cheap looking, so I always check places like that. Sometimes I get lucky!
Wee! I would photograph EVERYONE on those steps. Gorgeous. Also I love the last pic with him peeping around the flower pot. Adorable.
I never even noticed how amazing they were before Monday. I’m totally going to drag the whole family down for a photo shoot.
These babies could NOT be cuter and the photos are so well taken! They will love having these photos of themselves when they’re older. Nice job!
Your kids are super adorable!! Love the “whispering secrets” picture.
I just stumbled across your blog after seeing your badge in someone’s sidebar and I’m so glad I did. I’m your newest fan and follower.
I just love these photographs. Your babies are just adorable and look so cute and happy in these pictures. Love the backdrops too, that is one great set of steps for photographing on.
