Looks like Little E is ready to join my all-toddler hockey team. So far we have a goalie and a forward, does he play defense?

  2. Cole says:

Lucky you – a new lens AND those gorgeous models! :)

  3. TMae says:

Love the pic of E looking at the camera!

  4. I love the second picture! And his little eyebrows.

Tiny baby fist pump is almost as adorable as the ginger eyebrows atop pink cheeks of mischief.

  6. I’ve been thinking about buying a new lens for my Nikon D90. Not sure what I want though. Can you tell me a little about the new lens that you got? I would want one for the same reasons. 15.5 month old and baby due in July :)

  7. PS…Caroline is sooooo sweet! I love the close up pictures. Her complexion is so beautiful and perfect!

She looks SO MUCH like Evan in that pic. Gorgeous children!

I love my 50 mm 1.8! Such fun for close-ups. Even if you ARE using a Nikon ;)

You’ll find yourself sticking the camera REALLY close into the kids’ faces, so you can get ears, curls, toes, fingers.

They’ll start to look at you differently. But you won’t care. THE FINGERS. THE TOES. The possibilities are endless.

  12. You make insanely cute kids. EVAN, ackkkkkkkkk I always want to come and borrow him when you post such cute pictures. Such a cute little boy. Caroline is such beauty as well. You are lucky, lady.

  13. So sweet!

I love the nifty fifty especially for a “first” lens! Lately all I ever use is my 85mm f/1.8 so I have all these lenses just gathering dust right now.

In 20 years that first picture is going to be on ESPN or a Jumbotron somewhere.
