Like I said, I’m at the beach. I’m never leaving. Although I did ignore my children and put down my mixed drink long enough to finish my nursery post, so if you want to see Linc’s nursery you can come back tomorrow. I won’t ever see it in person again though, because I’M NOT LEAVING THE BEACH.

Sunday, September 7th, 2014This week features an abnormal number of photos of Caroline sitting at tables. It was really really really hot for most of the week, so sitting was about all we managed.

The humidity has been INSANE this week, like swimming through the air instead of walking, and without A/C our house has been miserable. I’m so ready for actual, real fall to start, despite the fact that I own ONE pair of pants that fit. No one will notice I’m wearing the same jeans everyday when I’m also wearing a super cute baby in a super cute wrap. (Warning: I’m currently obsessed with woven wraps, I’ll probably bore you talking about them.)
My Week(200!!) in iPhone Photos
Monday, September 1st, 2014200 WEEKS of mostly terrible, blurry, boring photos of the normal stuff we do every day. I have no idea why I’ve kept this up for so long but I’m glad I have. The first week I did it, I was pregnant with Caroline. This week, she went to her first day of real school. Never has 200 weeks seemed so short.
Sunday:
Grocery shopping with 3 kids is a pain, but a baby who sleeps the whole time makes it better
This haircut cost me $37 – $17 for cut + tip, $20 for the Legos I promised him if he just SAT STILL

All summer long the kids have been up at 6 am. I took this at 7:10 on Evan’s first day of school.
It’s such a shame she’s so shy and quiet.

Sunday, August 10th, 2014I took all three kids to Virginia, since the idea of feeding, bathing and entertaining them by myself was scarier than driving 450 miles alone. My apologies for ALL the lake pictures, but I basically parked myself on the dock and didn’t move for 4 days.

Last summer, Caroline REFUSED to get in the water or in any boats. This year she rode on all the things.
Friday:
We are both very relaxed
Evan found a friend and they had a GREAT time jumping
My parents got a boat and a tube. It’s like the WANT to make it as hard as possible to stay away.
Saturday:
AND they made breakfast. My parents are the best.

Now I am home. We have freezer meals from a friend for dinner, a house still super clean and organized from my mom’s visit and a busy week planned. I might actually survive as a mom of 3 (and by survive, I mean until school starts, because once school starts ALL THE NAPS WILL BELONG TO ME.)
