Bonjour! No I'm not French, it just sounded fancy. Sorry for the confusion. I'm Suzanne, a 37-year-old karate mom, cheer mom, photographer, Navy wife, blogger, baker, and amateur at pretty much everything else. The stars of the show are Evan, born 4/5/09, Caroline, born 12/19/2010 and Lincoln, born 7/23/2014. The last bebeh is Finnegan, born 8/30/2016 so he's a toddler now but don't talk to me about that. OK, how on EARTH do you keep him still? Johnny hears the clippers and starts screaming, “NO, MOMMY, ALL DONE!” Sigh. Jealous. And I totally agree — he is absolutely the spitting image of you in that last photo. You have exactly the same smile. Adorable. (And still jealous.)
That’s what the chips were for. With the promise of a chip for holding still he let E use the clippers for about 60 seconds at a time. And this was our second try – we used scissors the night before and pretty much MANGLED his hair on the sides of his head.

You did a better job than this girl. I just shaved part of my husband’s head and it looks HORRIBLE. I didn’t mean to cut it so short. He’s a good sport about it since he’s the one who wanted me to cut his hair with zero training.
Anyhow – look at me making it about me. Typical. Great job with the haircut. Chips or no chips, it looks great.
