Classic Pooh Onesies (right? Onesies are a thing?) and plush Tigger. My first baby gifts! From my oldest (in time not age, obviously they are both still young and fantastic) friends, Sara and Erin.

Tiny baby booties for the future youngest member of the Red Sox Nation! So cute I squee’d for hours. From the lovely Stacyinbean and Political Party Girl.

The t-shirt I made (crafty!) and plan to wear every time I go anywhere that involves food. Don’t judge me! Growing a whole person makes me hungry! Right now I just look lumpy, not cutely pregnant.

My belly. Since it’s attached to me, it feels so huge and obvious, but in the picture it’s looks tiny! The doctor said I don’t have to take out my belly button ring until I actually go into labor. I doubt I make it that long though, since the pregnancy message boards are full of women who waited so long the hole tore. No thank you!

Onesies are indeed a thing (though this red squiggle is telling me Firefox doesn’t approve), a think you will need a hundred bajillion of if I recall my days as a built in babysitter for my mom! Also, I love the shirt. I think you may have a market for this!

We have such awesome taste. And I love the booties. Maybe if Ohio State does well this year the wee D can also have a Buckeyes shirt. Ooh, or some Cleveland Cavaliers gear! Like a minute, albino LeBron. I have a weakness for tiny babies in athletic clothes.

You can switch to a special pregnancy belly ring, and your piercing won’t tear! http://www.maternitypiercings.com

I love those booties! When I was born (in Boston), my granddad brought a baby Sox hat to the hospital and put that on me instead of the standard issue baby stocking cap. He’d be so proud we’re continuing the tradition with your wee one!

Good Lord you look gorgeous. Don’t make me resort to the high-stakes thick, shiny hair pregnancy treatment to compete!

Also, buying the first baby things is seriously the best feeling ever. Every time my BFF and I have had a baby, we’ve reserved the first baby stuff shopping trip for a co-outing. I’m all shopped out, though, and I think she is too. I’ll just continue to live vicariously here.

Awww, nom nom that Tigger! I still have several of my very, very threadbare and ratty stuffed toys from babyhood. My BELOVED stuffed Thomasina The Cat has appeared to have the mange for about 35 years now!!
