Wordless Wednesday: First Haircut Edition

(I apologize for the words, I just couldn’t stop myself. Also for the ridiculous number of photos. Again, unavoidable.)

OK, I GUESS he needed a haircut.

Holding still like a big boy!

Family photo!

The reflection is the best part

He got a little antsy at the end so I held him. E did not take any pictures of that.

The new hair make him look so serious!

Pretending to be a little kid (For the record, he's never used a paci. He was joking.)

THERE'S my baby. Next haircut on his 4th birthday.

  1. I love the pictures of you in the mirror: don’t mind me, I’m just wrangling my baby and a camera…

He looks so big. Squee! Such an adorable little guy.

  2. AHHHHHH love it! He looks so much like a “big” boy now!

Aww, he looks so good! I can’t believe you made it to two years without any haircuts. Niko’s had three or four real hair cuts, not counting trims to even him out. None of them went as well as Evan’s first hair cut, though.

  9. becca says:

aw, so handsome with his new haircut (not that he wasn’t handsome before, but you know!). and first hair cut at 2 years? that’s impressive! yeah for the birthday week!

  10. HANDSOME!!!!! I think I will bawl my eyes out at my baby’s first haircut…which will probably be at 8 years at the rate she grows hair :)

  11. dude, he looks ADORABLE!!! i don’t really think the cut makes him look older, so much as it just brings out his eyes and makes him look more handsome. (: and for the record, he did eleventy THOUSAND times better with that than poppy EVERRRR would!!! i can’t even imagine how she would react to a stranger messing with her hair – she’s crazy sensitive about those locks and won’t even tolerate a ponytail from her mama, hahaha!

such a cute boy you’ve got. love him.
