My Week(69) in iPhone Photos
We had a BEAUTIFUL week of gorgeous weather and fun…right up until Friday. When I woke up at 5 am to snow – SNOW! – everywhere, I declared I was taking a day off from life. We stayed home. I wore my jammies all day. We had popcorn for dinner. It was lovely. I predict today will be very similar.

Today I am working on an epic blog post – epic in my head, obviously, just long and rambling in real life – and finishing all the laundry. Why did I make Sunday laundry day?! It always ruins my sleeping-in day knowing I’ve got a mountain of dirty clothes to get through. The good news is 2 weeks from right now I’ll be getting on my CRUISE. If I mention it 300 times between now and then try to forgive me, OK?
Did you take any camera phone photos this week? Link up with one or lots using the linky below and grab the code (so it shows on your blog too!) over at Amy’s . It’s really fun!

We were at IKEA this week as well. Though I was tempted by the train track, we ended up with a car rug for $12. My son is upstairs right now driving his cars around on it.
I laughed out loud at caption for the picture of your little girl in the purple car.
We REALLY wanted that rug! But our store is being renovated as was kind of a disaster so we couldn’t find them.
I love your pearls and my husband secretly drinks tea, too. I predict a few tea parties in their future.
Do those tracks fit with the Thomas tracks?
My husband loves tea too. But not secretly. But he’s South African and it would be against nature if he didn’t like tea. Plus after we had our very first meeting (not a date yet) I lured him to my house later in the week with promises of tea. He came over the next several evenings for more tea (sitting as far away from me as possible, wuss). Within a week we were dating. So tea helped me pick him up, lol.
They MOSTLY fit the Thomas tracks – the connectors are plastic instead of wood and it’s hard to fit a Thomas curve into some of the IKEA tracks but 90% of it works great. And soooooo much cheaper.
That headband pic is too precious! And this makes me want to go to Ikea, but then I remember I haven’t done half the projects from my last trip.
My son (21 months) also loves wearing my shoes, especially heels. In fact, he has a total shoe obsession in general–his, my husband’s, mine, people that come to our house, kids at daycare, etc. It’s hilarious. Glad to see another kid with the same love.
Your kids are so cute. And I think Brayden has a pair of special grumpy pants too…I can’t figure out WHY they are in constant rotation though! :)
A cruise?! No way. I think I missed that memo.
