Easter Photo Overload

Public Service Announcement! Today is April Fool’s Day, DON’T BELIEVE STUFF. Especially on the internet. This is not an April Fool’s Day post, just lots of pictures.

2013 is officially the best Easter I can remember. E got an (almost) 3 day weekend, the weather warmed up, and my children were adorable. My only complaint is that church didn’t have Sunday School during the Easter service, which means I heard exactly none of the sermon because I spent the entire time “shushing” two gingers who can’t sit still for an entire hour. They did, however, sit reasonably still for Fancy Brunch. The unlimited bacon and cupcakes definitely helped.

So cute! I love Caroline’s tights – and that last pic is my favorite, I think. I have a soft spot for Daddy & baby shots.

We do Tot Shabbat at temple (once a month, Friday night service for families with young kids) because there is NO way we would make it through a regular service. Although, at Lulu’s naming last year, a Rabbi told me that any noise they make at this age is considered prayer, which was very kind of him, I thought.

It looks like your whole easter weekend was adorable! Glad E could get off of work for a few days and spend some nice quality time with you guys.

Your children are adorable. And the Easter Bunny is terrifying. The thing looks totally evil and soulless.

    The bonnet is so cute!

I have so many questions: were you also wearing purple? why did E get to change before brunch but the kids didn’t? Was the brunch so fancy that you didn’t take photos of the food?
And Spencer would like to know why “that kid” stole his golden egg.

  6. Glad I’m not the only one who did a ridiculously pic heavy Easter post!

Adorbs. So does the golden egg mean they won something? When I was a kid the egg hunts my parents church had always had 1 golden egg hidden and whomever found it got a chocolate bunny. I found it once, but someone’s older sib grabbed it as I was reaching for it. That always ticked me off, it happened a lot.

We were late to that egg hunt, so I think the kid who found the golden egg won something (a cool Easter Basket full of stuff?) but he passed it on to us when my child threw a hissy fit. So I was the big winner in that situation – no more whining!
